Emotion:
•Emotion is derived from the Latin word “remove” which means “stirred up” or "to excite".
According to the American Psychological Association (APA), emotion is defined as "a complex response pattern, consisting of experiential, physiological elements, and behavioral."
Types of Emotion:
There are two main types of emotion:
1. Positive emotion
2. Negative emotion
